Shipping & Returns
How can I pick up my order?
If you want to have the order as soon as possible, it is best to pick up at my studio. This is free and you can select it during the checkout of your order. Please send me an email or Instagram message after you placed your order. Then we can make an appointment and I'll make sure I'm present at my studio!
When will my order be shipped?
I bring the orders to the delivery service within two business days. After that, it is usually delivered to the recipient the next day. But that depends on the delivery service itself.
How much does shipping cost?
That differs per location. Shipments within the Netherlands usually cost 7 euros.
Shipments to other countries in Europe usually cost 13 euros.
What if I want to cancel an order?
If you want to change or cancel a webshop order, you will have to do it as soon as possible after the purchase. You can reach me by e-mail. Cancelling your purchase can only be done before it is send out.
What if I have entered an incorrect address?
If you provide the incorrect address and the product is returned, you will need to pay additional shipping costs to resend the product to the correct address.
What if my product is damaged when it is delivered?
In case you received a damaged product, please send me an email with a picture of the damage. I’ll send you a new one. If it's not possible to send a new product I'll refund your money.
What about customs and import taxes?
I am not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.
What is the return policy?
You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it. Please contact me before returning the item. Unless arrangements are made with me, you cover the cost of the return.
Instructions for returning goods:
- Step 1. Send me an e-mail with your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and a specification of which items that the return relates to.
- Step 2. Ship the items well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging for return within 14 days. (You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment).
- Step 3. If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as 'returned goods' to avoid any customs charges. (I am not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.)
- Step 4. If it is possible, please email me the tracking number for the return shipment.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase. If the product or packaging is used or damaged, I reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.
